After Massage CareHere are a few ways to make your massage more impactful:
-Drink plenty of water -Do stretches, help keep this areas loose (check below for examples) -Make sure you get plenty of rest Depending on how in depth we got, there is a possibility that you may feel sore for a day or two (this is totally normal). After Structural CareHere are a few ways to make your structural session more impactful:
-Drink plenty of water -Do accompanied repatterning exercises (see email), at least 3-4 days a week, though 7 is better -If given bouncy ball do no more than 3 days per week (see accompanied instructions in email). You may feel sore to the touch, like you worked out for the first time, this totally normal and should subside after a day or two. Taking an epsom salt bath, using a heating pad, etc. will help. You may have more popping in your joints/muscles, etc, this is normal as your body settles back into a more normal position. If you have any questions, feel free to get in touch. Thank you again! |
